Infestation issues...

Liked: While the staff were lovely, we experienced repeated encounters with baby cockroaches throughout our room. We found them in the bathroom, near the fridge, and crawling on the floor. This significantly impacted our stay and made it difficult to relax as I personally have sensory issues triggered by bugs... and paying 300 cash deposit and room itself over 250 me and my partner was well dissapointed...

Just used it to have...

Liked: Clean and convenient to where we needed to be.

Disappointing

Disliked: the hotel was extremely noisy, loud exhaust fans, not sound proof like other hotels. You could hear people talking as if they were in your room. Very noisy guests at 2am. unfortunately not the best experience
