Liked: Excellent value for money. Great location in the town and very clean. All you want for a budget stay

A clean place where to...

Liked: Close to the railway station, a bus stop to the airport and the town centre. Simple clean room where you can make yourself a hot drink.
Disliked: You can hear the cars from the road in front and the people in the other rooms. . The water pressure in the bathroom taps is too high and you get splashed when you wash.

Exceptional

Suited us, much better than...

Liked: Handiest is the bus stop to Standsted Airport is almost beside the Jolly Brewers, Plus Wetherspoons pub and Cooke's London Pie 'n Mash/Jellied Eels nearby.
Disliked: It could do with better sound insulation - noise from traffic and people in adjacent rooms moving about and talkative during the night.
