Disliked: The small futon is rock hard to sleep on

Wonderful stay at a quaint...

Liked: Check in was easy, the space was well-equipped for a small studio, and everything was clean. The beach was just a few steps away from the unit. Also, we were able to get around easily because of the proximity to the trolley stop.
Disliked: Wish we could have had a small kitchen sink to wash our plates and utensils. But we weren't complaining because of the fact that we had a small refrigerator and microwave. Also, the unit was a great value.

Great location, great price, greatvalue

Liked: The location was fantastic. Wish the pool was heated like advertised it was. They did a good job renovating and the hurricanes battered the area.the property hopefully they will regroup and buisness picks up.
Disliked: The pool was not heated but other than that prperty was great

We enjoyed a short getaway...

Liked: On the beach and within walking distance of John’s Pass (Boardwalk & restaurants).

It was a nice 3-night...

Liked: Beach is close enough. Just a 30-second walk. We stayed on the first floor and not enough beach scenery. The room/bathroom is small but very clean.
Disliked: It is not a fair assessment for building condition because the area was just hit with a monster hurricane a few weeks before. However, other than that, this place is good enough.

Birthday weekend

Liked: It's right next to johns pass. The property is always nice and clean. The owners and there staff are awesome. They have a nice pool and the beach is right there. The rooms are always clean and have been upgraded. We love everything about it.

Great customer service

Liked: The location on the beach was great, the service was excellent. Rose was very informative and helpful during our stay as well which made for a very relaxing trip. They've done an amazing job getting the hotel ready after Hurrican Milton.
Disliked: The queen bed was quite small, seemed more like a full.

Disliked: Rude staff no checkin information on late arrival no refund and to be honest well over price for a run down motel
