Disliked: Weird guy in the arcade room. Not sure if he worked there or if he was off the street. Made us feel uncomfortable.

It was great, would stay...

Liked: The hotel was great-- the pool/hot/tub/sauna was fantastic and a great hit with my 12 yo. Many reviews stated the pool was freezing but that was not the case when we were there, it was just the right temp!
Disliked: The pool was great, but we did not have hot water for our showers for the first day. We mentioned this to staff and this was fixed by the afternoon of the next day.
