Will definitely like to stay...

Liked: We loved the slide, the sauna, and the arcade. Updated rooms are very nice.
Disliked: We appreciated the call that the pool area was going to be a bit cooler due to maintenance but if you cover the hot tub it gets warmer quicker, almost overnight (I have one)It was cold cold both days

Disliked: The staff had attitude at the front desk. This is also our 3 time staying that the hot tub wasn’t even warm Nevermind hot. They should really look into that.

Disliked: The hotel is dated. Rooms and very small and walls extremely thin. We could hear everything our neighbors were discussing. The pool facilities were dirty. The lifeguards were not doing lifeguard duties at all. More phone scrolling than actually watching an over capacity pool. The hotel provided pool rules, which were not enforced by staff and made the pool experience not enjoyable for my children. We decided it was time to leave when the lifeguard appeared to have overdosed, passed out, and was taken away by the fire department in front of all guests in the pool area. No lifeguard to replace, and no management came to address the situation.Restaurant food was terrible. Waitress appeared to have been under the influence of something and got most of our order wrong.
