Liked: Older style hotel, comfortable and spacious room. Well located. Good value.

Poor

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I needed to shorten my stay by two days, resulting in an eight-night stay rather than the initial ten-night plan. Booking.com were unresponsive when I attempted to modify the booking dates prior to the free cancellation date. I attempted to reach the hotel through four different channels (Booking.com message, email via Booking.com, contact form on the hotel's website, and email provided on the hotel's website). However, I did not receive a response. Receptionists assured me that they would reimburse me for the two-day fee upon my departure. This did not happen. The same individual informed me that Bookung.com "knows that you checked out two days early and will transfer me the reimbursement" when I was checking out. Nevertheless, this did not transpire within a week. I am sincere in my disappointment.

Good location and no resort...

Liked: Great location in middle of the strip, guest laundry on most floors which was useful for us. Large suites with fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Is a little hard to find initially (use Cosmopolitan Hotel as the reference point)
Disliked: Is a little dated but quite ok if you don’t need new and shiny!Having to strip the bed before departure and remove all rubbish or risk paying a housekeeping fee was slightly unusual as the price didn’t really reflect that this would be an expectation. This was easily done though and trash room on each floor.

Excellent stay, will definitely stay...

Liked: We got a room with an amazing view of strip, everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Shower was nice. Staff were helpful. Amenities were all great. Excellent location. Handy access to cosmo
Disliked: Everything was fantastic

Brief stay in an elegant...

Liked: Spacious rooms with elegant decor, a full kitchen with not only microwave and fridge (a full-sized fridge with freezer!) but also a dishwasher and dishes, utensils, etc; a dining room with a table and chairs and also a couch; and a bedroom with a comfortable bed and another couch and chair. Off of the bedroom is a walk-in closet with lots of hangers and space for hanging clothes, and a laundry basket and cleaning equipment. One night I pulled a chair into the closet and sat there to read so as not to disturb my sleeping husband. Since we had not come to gamble, we were very happy also that there was no resort fee added to our bill. (For those who do want a casino, however, the Jockey Club Suites is inside the Cosmopolitan, which does have a casino.) We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Las Vegas.
Disliked: We would have liked a view from our room. But when we opened the drapes, all we saw was a cement wall! However, the positives definitely outweighed this negative.

We had a nice time...

Liked: I is a spacious suite
Disliked: we requested a view out the window and the person on the phone said sure. When we checked in, the receptionist said "Of course" but the room was dark with a view of a wall. They should be more accurate with what you should expect.. Minimal room service... towels and coffee, nothing else in 4 days.

Ok, worth the money but...

Liked: Location was good. Kitchen was equipped. Room was spacious. Swimming pool, sauna and fit essentials room free of use. Free parking.
Disliked: It is located in the Cosmopolitan. Direction to the hotel is not so clear. There were instructions to remove the linen, put the towels in the basket and throw the trash out which was a bit odd considering we booked a hotel and yet we are as if asked to clean after use.

Liked: The location is amazing. The size of the suites were great.
