Liked: Beautiful hotel room with a full kitchen. We really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect.
Disliked: The iron didn't work and when we called for a replacement, that one didn't work either. Parking was very difficult to find. Wish there had been more in the description about how to find the parking garage.

Liked: Everything was quite nice! The room was very large and priced quite good for the location and surrounding area.
Disliked: It was very confusing to get to. Google Maps will direct you to The Cosmopolitan, because they share the same parking lot. So what you have to do is this: Go to the Bellagio instead (right next door), follow the signs for through traffic, because you just want to exit the Bellagio. After the exit, make a right, and you'll be back on the strip, facing the right direction. The very next turn available will have a small sign (The Jockey Club), and that's where you want to make another right. Go down this small alley way, and park in the 15 minute temporary parking. Do NOT go all the way down this alley, because you'll end up at The Cosmopolitan again, and will have to make the same journey all over again, which can take quite a long time during events and traffic. While in temporary parking, find the entrance and check in, then you'll get a key card to be able to go to permanent parking within The Cosmopolitan parking lot.

Our stay was convenient and...

Liked: We stayed here for the second time. We enjoyed the convenient location near the Bellagio and Cosmopolitan, with a partial view of the Bellagio fountains from our suite (678). The suite was also very clean and the housekeeping staff is amazing. Parking is also convenient.
Disliked: However, our stay was disrupted by the loud noise from a broken laundry machine near our unit. The 24/7 laundry policy made it worse, as guests ran the machines at all hours, including midnight and beyond. When I reported the issue, the reception staff dismissed it, saying they couldn’t stop people from doing laundry. A simple policy to limit laundry use after 10 p.m. would greatly improve the guest experience IMO. When you check in, avoid units near laundry facilities.
