Liked: The location was good. Close to subways
Disliked: The room was small. The room door code was the same as the front door code, meaning if everyone had the same code they could potentially enter your room. No kettle in the room, only limited coffee making facilities and water in the lobby

Liked: The location was very central - close to one world trade!
Disliked: The bathroom was leaking, there was clearly a water damage. You could smell it! They painted over it. It was so noisy they gave u earplugs instead of fixing the windows. The AC was very dirty! You couldn’t even sit strait on the toilets - no space!

Disliked: The walls have smudges and cracks in the paint and the mortar and tile is a bit grungy.

Liked: Location was great, price was fair too
Disliked: The lobby was small, and there was no bathroom in the lobby. Rooms are small but in NY I don’t plan on staying in my room long so it’s fine!

Small, noisy, no facilities. Overpriced.

Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bedding was clean. The location is good for soho and China Town.
Disliked: Minimal facilities except a coffee machine in the lobby. Small noisy rooms because of the location and the noise of the fridge and zircon in such a small room. Two members of staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our requests as best they could but the guy that checked us out was unfortunately rude and had an aggressive nature.
