You’ve got to be kidding...

Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Room the size of a walk-in closet. No maid service unless you’re willing to pay additional $20 a day. No toiletries except motel soap and towels. Paint peeling from ceiling. Air conditioning wonky. No coffee service in room,lobby only. This is the worse place I have ever booked with you and hardly up to your standards

Good location, but very standard

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Hotel quite standard and pricy for the facility. The room was small and not big enough to host four people. Bed mattresses were too soft and we sunk on them. The bathroom was really tiny. Very noisy, windows not properly sealed for a hotel located in China Town. Overall, not giving value for the money. They charged us 20 dollars to keep our luggage for four hours after checking out.

Liked: The hotel has a great location, right next to subway and walking distance to many interesting sights and exceptional cafes. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: The bed linen while washed was so used that had a yellow shade and wasn’t in the best condition

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Close to subway, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, free cooler and coffee downstairs
Disliked: Rooms are very small, but very standard for New York and there’s a fair bit of noise from outside but again it’s New York
