Superb

Liked: The service in general is good, and the discretion of the personnel is a plus for me.
Disliked: I like to park my car, but the hotel has valet parking. Sometimes, I have to wait outside until the staff takes my ticket to bring my car. Overall, it was fine.

Nice hotel, although a bit...

Liked: The staff was so nice and the view amazing. They were very empathetic and really felt approachable and careful,. However, place is a bit outdated.
Disliked: The lack of communication between the hotel management and the catering for breakfast (first day breakfast was good, the second day it was awful due to a large amoung of kids and a lack of event management).
