A delightful, quiet, country place...
Liked: Very good range of options very well cooked and served
Disliked: The bed and chairs in our room were very comfortable. The settee was comfortable for a short sit, but not for too long, a bit slippy.

Very restful and enjoyable stay
Liked: Friendly and welcoming. Food was tasty. Lovely and quiet. Very clean.Nice chatting to Stephen. Helpful with ideas of where to eat
Disliked: The check in at 4 was a little late, and the early checkout was very rushed, as we didnt finish eating breakfast until after 9.00 and we felt 10 .00 was a little too early, it was a mad dash to vacate the room.

Liked: Just returned from a short 2 Night beark at Jex Farmhouse, when we arrived we were greeted by Lynne, who showed us to the room we would be staying in, we were in 'The Parlour' which had lovely views over the well kept garden, the room was spotless and had the benefit of a comfortable sofa to relax. There was a good selection of drinks on the hospitality tray. Lynn explained the arrangements for breakfast and gave us a tour of the dining room, and explained the choices available. Breakfast is ordered the night before and available between 8-9am.The bathroom was very spacious and had a large walk in shower which had a 'mist' feature setting in the shower head, which was welcome following the mini heatwave.Next Morning breakfast was severed by Lynne and Cooked by Stephen, we tried Lynne's homemade Plum Compote, which was absolutely delicious, and had a Full English Breakfast, which was beautifully cooked with fresh local produce, and perfect poached eggs from thier own Hens. Lynne & Stephen are fantastic hosts and make you feel very welcome, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, we used it as a base to visit Wells-next-the-Sea>, however it is a perfect location for visiting Thursford Christmas Show, as well as several stately homes including, Holken Hall, Blickling Hall, Houghton Hall and Sandringham House.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Great hosts, rooms and service.
Liked: Friendly welcome to clean rooms. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Outside was a small courtyard where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine. The farmhouse was situated in a quiet area of Little Snoring. Spacious area for parking.
Disliked: Very little to dislike. The only comment to make is that the farmhouse is positioned away from shops and restaurants. So you do need a car to travel to get food.

Please, just book this…. You...
Liked: It’s a people property. We’ve stayed in many a b&b, none like this… the best owners and property combination we’ve ever stayed in. Honestly, such a joy… kind thoughtful and willing to share their love of Norfolk. Breakfasts are genuinely the best too… it’s important to them they explain. Fresh eggs from the farm every morning. We’d love these owners as personal friends, that’s how highly we rate them. Please, book and try… they’re worth it. Thank you Stephen and Lynne… until next time. ❤️
Disliked: Nothing at all to dislike.. nothing.
