Liked: Not a lot to be fairPet friendly
Disliked: The short and shit menu(food was average).Location was right on the corner of a no dogs allowed zone.The room was actually extremely basic in terms of amenities.Way overpriced for what you actually get

Liked: Good location for what we needed to do in Rotorua. This was a our second stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Parking can be a bit tight (one night we had to park on the road).

Liked: Fantastic experience here. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which was really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and overall the hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable, economical, clean place...

Liked: The staff was awesome! Friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was pretty good for things to do within a comfortable walk, but UBER was necessary for us to get to some places. We loved the Weds night comedy club a couple of blocks away.
Disliked: Thin walls-but we were lucky no one was on each side of us.
