Liked: The staff and room were great
Disliked: The TV only showed local NZ Programs. I have stayed in many Motels in NZ and all showed many other programs like UTube and net flick.

Liked: I liked when we left the establishment
Disliked: Our rooms weren't made up by the time we returned back after being out from 8am-3pm, there is only one washing machine and dryer for all customers to use, breakfast is very average. My children were told on numerous occasions to keep the noise down in the pool when they were using between the given hours, one staff member told my 10yr old son to get into his room and close the door when he was sitting outside of our room on his ipad

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. I felt it was good value for the location and quality of my stay
Disliked: Nothing. It was all excellent

Very dissatisfied

Liked: Rooms weren't clean. Cushion on bed had white stains. Curtains had stains. Coffee machine had black build up everytime off use. No shampoo conditioner or bodywash. Nothing was topped up.
Disliked: Even at breakfast not enough options as only cereals and bread were available. When asked if they had eggs we were told no. But the group that had private booking were served up eggs and beans and more

Liked: Very clean and very accomodating. Great location and rooms were very soundproof. Parking available!
