Liked: Great pick up service, great staff, comfortable, easy. Little cafe downstairs. Made the quick overnight in Auckland very easy and I got a good sleep before my next flight.

Disliked: Very rude duty manager Gil. After a long flight we got to the hotel at 12pm only to be told that we would have to pay $25 to check in early. Ridiculous. Not to be blackmailed we had to sit in the lobby waiting till 2pm. While in the lobby we were watching other people checking in. After 90 minutes of waiting a new duty manager arrived and checked us in. To add insult to injury, we requested a late checkout the following day to be told that it would cost us $30 per hour. We don’t mind paying a reasonable amount but $30 an hour is outrageous. This soured our stay.
