Budget motel, with drawbacks.

Liked: Price was reasonable and included parking on-site. Good cafe within walking distance of motel.
Disliked: Hotel is definitely lower budget. The staff hold a deposit for the TV remote upon check-in and the room furniture was dated. The bathroom was in need of repair, as it had some missing tiles and the exhaust fan covered up with magazine paper. Soundproofing was minimal and the corridors smelled of smoke. Lock on room door could have been more robust.
