Liked: Breakfast was good, sufficiently diverse also on day by day basis
Disliked: Sauna seemed to be run down and staff didn't take any action to fix easy fixable things.

Liked: Good breakfast, good location and clean
Disliked: Rude staff, misrepresented photos, cold shower staff didn't care about, hallway smell

The trip was fine, but...

Liked: Lovely location and the bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: The room had a weird (diaper?) smell, which I initially just figured would disappear after opening the windows. Unfortunately it returned. Furthermore, the door didn't close easily so the door was already ajar when I checked in and when I returned the next day at the end of the day, the cleaning service had left it ajar again (I had purposefully paid attention in the morning while closing it to ensure it wouldn't be ajar). When I shared this with the front desk they responded a bit apathetically, which was a bit frustrating considering the valuables I left in my room.

Great location and good value

Liked: Excellent location,. Nice to have the Spa facilities to use. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room at the front was a bit noisy on Saturday night but expected in town

Great location and breakfast, but...

Liked: The hotel offers a great variety for breakfast. Our room was likely in the older part of the hotel, as it didn’t match the photos. However, the location is excellent, right in the old town.
Disliked: The jacuzzi was out of order for cleaning for the next three days, which was disappointing. We used the sauna, but it was quite small. The showers were leaking, flooding the entire spa hallway. The relaxation room had four beds stacked on top of each other, which felt cramped. Also, the hotel provides very thin slippers that get completely soaked.
