Exceptional
Liked: Very beautiful hotel in charming neighbourhood in Warsaw. Room was very cozy and clean and I really like the view from my window, it was amazing!

Closed spa, no A/C or...
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I booked for a group of 9 people across four rooms to celebrate a 50th birthday. Unfortunately, several significant issues arose during our stay that severely impacted our experience, and we are requesting a refund and/or substantial compensation as a result.The following issues occurred:Non-functional air conditioningNone of the four rooms had working air conditioning throughout our stay. Despite repeatedly informing the reception staff, no investigation or effort was made to address this issue during our time at the hotel.Non-operational elevatorThe elevator was out of order for the entirety of our stay, causing inconvenience for our group, particularly for older members who relied on it.Unavailable spa facilitiesOne of the main reasons we chose your hotel was the advertised spa facilities, which were entirely non-functional. The jacuzzi was drained of water, and both the sauna and hammam/steam room were out of order. When we raised this issue with hotel staff on January 26, we were assured the problem would be resolved the following day, January 27. However, no action was taken, and the facilities remained unusable. At check-out, we were offered a massage as "compensation," which was neither practical nor acceptable given the circumstances, especially as we were leaving that day.No hot waterNone of the four rooms had hot water in the showers throughout our stay, adding further discomfort to an already disappointing experience.Additionally, we contacted Booking.com approximately ten times during our stay to seek assistance with resolving these issues. Not only did these calls result in additional costs for us, but they also consumed a significant amount of our time during the trip. On each occasion, we were promised a follow-up, but no one from Booking.com ever called us back. This lack of response meant we were left without any support to address the situation on-site. These call records can easily be verified.

Unfriendly
Liked: The location.
Disliked: I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality skills. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they didn’t know how to properly welcome guests. The breakfast staff was no better; they failed to create a friendly or inviting atmosphere. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the spa, but it was out of service. What’s worse, no one informed us about this beforehand or tried to address the situation when we brought it up. Overall, it was a very underwhelming stay.

Booked for the spa, but...
Liked: Proximity to the old town and city centre. Shower in the room was clean, I suppose.
Disliked: Essentially everything in the spa was broken. Jacuzzi was cold, problems with both saunas, showers were broken or didn’t work properly, hotel ’apartment’ didn’t have a door to one the rooms so essentially it was just a strange shaped larger room
