I was expecting more for...

Liked: It was a nice room that was comfortable.
Disliked: I think there is an opportunity to show a little more care for clients. Provide water or sparking water, leaving a note, or chocolates, or something unique to Duke. The breakfast buffet could have be expanded more to also show service to clients.
