Liked: The location was great, easy to walk to shops/ restaurants and close to the subway.Breakfast was good. The gym was small but ok for a hotel gym, and surprisingly not busy.
Disliked: The room had a weird layout with the shower in the middle.Check-in experience could have been better.

Liked: Everything...from the start - the staff, the room, the style, modern and unique design, the roof top bar, night party, the breakfast, near to centar..simply, Everything and everyone 😀

Liked: the location was ok.near major shopping street but not in the center of vienna.
Disliked: our rooms were on the first floor. when opening the window at night cigarette smoke entered through the open window from someone smoking on the street. it was disgusting and annoying in the middle of the night. not the hotel is responsible for that but it was vey uncomfortable at night. the design if the rooms was grey and cold.. but that’s a question of taste…

Convenient, comfortable stay

Liked: The venue was very convenient, with easy access to metro-stations (We used U2 and U4). Some main attractions are easily working distant. Food outlets and supermarkets are there in the close vicinity. Rooms are contemporary and nice. The staff is friendly. Use of the tab for communicating with the staff was convenient and timely. Make sure to inform when you want the room cleaned, and towels and bed linen cleaned ahead of time. This is communicated to you on checking in, but make a note of it. Also, make sure to request for slippers or any other amenities needed, information is given on the tab. Many are provided free.
Disliked: The fact that there was not place to hang towels in the bath room cubicle complicated matters a bit. Hope the hotel management considers this when upgrading the showers.
