Liked: Convenient. Clean rooms
Disliked: Workers stealing money saying they do not have change. Stealing deposits. Being disrespectful to renters when complaining

Disliked: They where stealing money from my payments saying they did not have change. I asked that it be applied to my next day asks it never was. Also they refused to give me my security deposit and the lady refused to give me the owners information stating that due was the owner which I knew was not true. That was a Spanish or Indian looking lady

Disliked: Room 135 not cleaned bathroom tub was unacceptable the toilet was dirty the sink was dirty the floors were filthy- blood on the floor and pillow cases- I called front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and told me she couldn’t help me because she was helping another customer. I told her “I myself am a customer ma’am “. She was very rude and abrupt and very loud- she kept saying she didn’t want ton”argue” with me. This was not an argument it was me as a customer telling her what was in acceptable. I was later called at 10:00 pm by a lady whom I was assuming was the manager of the property- we spoke and I explained my issue and asked her to pull cameras/voice recordings to check out her employees actions - later around without any “heads up” my husband was woken up by an abrupt pounding on the door around 10:30 PM. He was sound asleep and it startled him. There was an officer as well as one of the employees from the facility at my husband‘s door. They asked him if he was having an issue, he said no, but the only issue he had was his room was filthy. They asked if they could come in and the officer and employee came in to his room, and the employee agreed that the room was less than desirable and come up to the front office in the morning to discuss it with management. My husband did not take a shower at all because the shower was filthy and he would not use the toilet facilities I can’t believe they would charge $80 a night with no breakfast being served and filthy rooms not even being inspected before they put a human being in the room, the place is appalling. I am requesting that I get a full refund. I don’t want to be comped for another day as this facility is unacceptable. If I do not get a refund then I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
