Liked: Jasper is a wonderful place. We really enjoyed our time there. We will go back! The hotel was nice. The staff was great, especially the maid. The spa area was very good.

Winter stay

Liked: The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-located, and we slept well there (2 nights). We stayed in a loft suite with a mini-kitchenette and fireplace.
Disliked: The loft suite was on the second floor, accessed via a very very narrow staircase. The bathroom was on the ground floor. It was not a problem for us, but this is something to consider if you have difficulty with stairs.
