Liked: Bathroom felt a bit dirty. Last persons shower cap was left on the floor. Windows weren't soundproof so we heard homeless fighting for 40 minutes at 3am

Liked: Location is excellent, near Queen Vic markets, a few blocks from hardware st and all the cute Melbourne lanes.
Disliked: Carpet on the 6th floor and in our room was unraveling, dirty, and patchy. Bed was very (too) soft. Air con didn’t work.

Liked: Rooms were very clean. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Construction site at back started work at 8am on Saturday so if you wanted to sleep past then you were out of luck. Hotel will be closing Monday March 31 2025 for renovations though they didn't stipulate how long this would be. Be interesting to visit once again when they reopen.

Liked: Perfect location, good arrangement for car parking, loved the bed and sheets, breakfast was classy, held our luggage until we were ready to leave. Look forward to another stay when the upgade is completed.

Liked: Good location, cheap
Disliked: The room was not clean, the shower had mould in the grout, the soap tray had mould all around it and was loose, the shower was blocked and didn’t drain properly so when showering you were standing in a significant amount of water, the carpets were stained, photos I looked at online prior to booking were nothing like what we ended up with and different rooms. Bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable.

Liked: Wonderful location, close to Victoria Markets and many great restaurants at our door stop. Free tram was across the road.
Disliked: It would have been nice to be able to open the balcony door to let in fresh air.
