Excellent location but not clean

Liked: Location is good, really close to Passeig de gracia and main touristic attractions. The room is big and warm and staff was really nice in coordinating the entrance.
Disliked: The bathroom was not that clean, it had some hairs in the showers and made a loud noise when using hot water. But what was the worst, the shower handle was broken, so you had to hold it while taking a shower... that should have been fixed before anyone goes to the room.

Liked: + Good location, 15 min from plac catalunya and close to the metro station+ Daily cleaning with towel change + Working fridge inside the room- Loud doors and engine in the bathroom througout the night - Squeaky, light bed - Smell of humidity masked by toilet fragnance

Very good

Liked: The location is perfect - the very center. The room has high ceilings, large antique shutters, a small balcony. The antique atmosphere looks very nice for photos. There is a terrace where you can drink coffee, also beautiful and romantic. The staff is friendly.The air conditioner worked great - it was very warm.
Disliked: There are a few downsides - there was not always hot water. I did not understand how it appeared and disappeared. The room is older than in the photo, it could be renovated, but the price for the center is very reasonable, so you can close your eyes to this if you only come to spend the night and enjoy Barcelona itself.

Perfect location and we were...

Liked: We loved the location and very helpful staff
Disliked: Room too hot, even when lowering thermostat. No hot water on 2nd day. Very noisy neighbors till 3am. Hair on floor

Suitable for single traveller

Liked: Room size just nice for single traveller. It is clean and the staff is very helpful.
Disliked: The timing to check in is restrictive, and sometime the lift don't work ( the guest house is on 2nd floor ).
