Liked: Such a cute place very cozy and a lovely place to hang out during the day as well
Disliked: The staff was super indifferent and inattentive, not very welcoming and often seemed helpless and like they didn’t know what to do and felt uncomfortable in their role. The rooms where sometimes not made until 4pm which is very late

Liked: Very good size rooms, great location, food was very good, especially the fresh cakes and ready access to drinks
Disliked: Carpet was grubby and worn in places, shower over the bath splashes on the bathroom floor, the number of stairs can make luggage handling difficult. Not enough umbrellas available for guests

Liked: Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. It is great that the hotel offers refreshments 24h and they are included in the accommodation price. The interior is very charming and even though the space is rather small, you can have all you need for a stay in the city.
Disliked: Breakfast spread could be a bit better but this is just a small complaint.

Liked: Gorgeous rooms, beautifully quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, and more. The daily breakfast was superb and there were drinks and snacks available each day. Walkable to the canals and public transportation to get anywhere in the city. Excellent service!!
Disliked: The property was beautiful and well-maintained. No issues

Liked: The hotel has great character, cozy, trendy, I really enjoyed the vibe. The room was comfortable in Amsterdam style, don't expect too much room, but also not cramped. The staff were very friendly and made me feel real welcome, the free wet bar was an amazing perk and breakfast was very tasteful and simple. The gym was also very functional and yet unique and full of character.
Disliked: The choice of dutch style toilets is a bold one, not a problem, just odd. The WiFi was a little aggressive in kicking you out everyday and just remaining quiet enough that you may not notice you are not on the Wifi. The bed was comfortable but since it was made of two joined beds, mine appeared to drift slightly apart overnight so I always woke up in a bit of a dip.
