Attractive hotel with good location

Liked: very good location - liked the morning coffee
Disliked: It was an unusual looking hotel with many eccentric decorations. Perhaps could have done with some better upkeep without spoiling this.

The building is old and...

Liked: Location and price were great. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc.
Disliked: Parking was tight, but what do you expect? This is in the heart of Miami Beach and they had their own guest parking area!

It was average, will not...

Liked: The location of the property was ideal
Disliked: How loud and creaky one of our beds was. There was also major disturbance coming from the lobby at around 10pm during our nights stay. There was loud music playing which made my partner and I unable to get to sleep once initially woken up from the racket.
