Comfortable for one night but...

Liked: The location was great, easy to get to and easy trip to the airport
Disliked: The room was tidy, furniture was nice but the room felt dated because of the bathroom. The shower was broken, although the staff were going to fix it as we let them know.

Liked: Got an upgrade to an executive suite. Location.Lady at the breakfast counter
Disliked: 'Executive' suite was a very basic suite with nothing extra, for the money I paid I would have thought that I would have got a similar suite anyway. I would hate to think what suite I gotten if I was not 'upgraded'. No coffee make facilities

Superb

Liked: We love staying at the James Cook. It is central to most places & really comfortable and clean. The buffet meals are frwat and the staff are very attentive.
