A tired hotel and services

Liked: Newly refurbished room - all was clean and kinda modern. Location is central, however not the best place to enjoy most of the night life.
Disliked: The hotel is old and tired. Luckily I had a new refurb room but everything else, from the common areas, the breakfast, the process ... you can feel that the hotel is not attractive. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else, especially for the price paid. The breakfast seems to be straight from the 90's. Nothing appetising, the old classic that you find in any random hotel- for $38 just go outside in a nice cafe!
