Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: It was quant and Ramesh the concierge was very hospitable and accommodating.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was subpar. There was hair and dust on the floor that we had to clean up and the sink and bathroom mirror were not clean and the bed sheets were stained and had hair throughout. We arrived at 7:30pm after a two hour drive and had to address these issues before being able to rest unwind.

Liked: Clean quaint rooms and common areas. Friendly staff. Pretty bedding.
Disliked: Would love if there was a coffee/tea station in the lobby area. But overall I still love the place.

Liked: Interesting old hotel in a sweet little colonial town
Disliked: NO BREAKFAST as stated on their own website as well as on booking.com. Hot & cold water plumbed backwards. No place to plug in coffee maker.

Liked: Historical property and nicely remodeled
Disliked: Breakfast was not provided despite their advertising it as being included. There is a nice breakfast place five buildings away. They seemed to know that their ads were wrong but they didn’t seem to know how to remedy the misinformation.

Unique hotel in an old...

Liked: It's in an old building that was converted to an inn in the 1800's. The rooms and bathrooms have all been updated.
Disliked: There isn't an elevator
