A relaxing and comfortable stay

Relaxing Stay in James Bay...

Liked: I have stayed here at least three times and as always found it to be a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is very well located in the James Bay Area of Victoria area close to the city
Disliked: The room would be better if one could have their own kettle and fridgeThe stairs might be a problem for some people.The best rooms are in the area of 201 and 202 as they are far away from any noise from the pub. The walls are thin so it is essential to have a quiet rule after 11:00 pm.

5 minute walk to downtown...

Liked: The exceptional staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Some of the nicest individuals you could ever want to meet!
Disliked: The only downside was we needed to traverse many stair-steps. No elevators but the historic building and location made it a minute issue especially having such helpful staff assist us!
