Never again.
Liked: 10/10 for the excellent valet staff and the view, but that‘s it.
Disliked: Several bundles of dark hair lay scattered on various surfaces, like someone had pulled them from a brush and just left them there. I was close to throwing up. A sign on the side building where I was at warned that toxic elements had been detected, with potential cancer risks. No explanation by the staff that it‘s nothing to worry about, so I did in fact worry about it in that moment. Despite both booking.com and I reaching out to the hotel via email, their website, and chat for weeks, they still haven’t provided a proper invoice, which is, to say the least, unacceptable. It’s mandatory to provide guests with an invoice, regardless of whether the stay was paid through booking.com or directly. It‘s in the terms. This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing hotel associated with the Hilton brand that I’ve encountered worldwide. Friends who were considering it for their wedding immediately removed it from their list after hearing about my experience. To the manager: If you have the audacity to answer to this review before you answer one of our countless messages I will scream into the void.

Great location, fabulous rooms, pricey
Liked: Location on the marina beach was perfect for us. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Expensive, the are other decent alternatives options close by. Front desk staff was strict and un-empathetic nor welcoming - after a long flight, that was an impactful negative impression on check in

You can do much much...
Liked: Not much. The room had all of the elements you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.
Disliked: Check in staff were not friendly. Arrived 2:50,pm and was just rolled to suit in the uncomfortable lobby for ten mins before I could get into my room. Why didn't you tell me there was a comfy bar round the corner in the hotel? Why did you agree to have the leaf trimming crew start at 7:30am on Friday with a chain saw? Why didn't you try to contact me about the very loud 24 hour emergency dehumidifier running for a day and a half outside of my room? I know a water main break can happen (we didn't have any water in the hotel for hours) but where was the apology... Could you have asked me if I was still happy in my room?I also asked for the engineer to cover and look at my AC panel as the battery was running low. This was never done. Overall this is the worst experience I've had in a Hilton. Your staff need additional training or they should be ashamed of the service they are providing to paying guests.
