Liked: I don't like the lobby. I don't like the furniture, it should be better, a lot of things are worn out

Apart from the breakfast, everything...

Liked: Being British, we expected a little more variation. Some of the food was not very warm.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to improve. Otherwise ok.

Short stay in prague

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful, arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags until che k in time but the guy at reception sorted our room and let us check in early. great location, big bed and fantastic shower. Would definitely recommend for a short break. Very happy would stay again no hesitation

employees are rude

Liked: The hotel staff was rude. When we entered the hotel, they charged 2500 CZK for the minibar guarantee even though it was not listed on booking.com, but there were no alternative options in the minibar anyway. There was not even water in the room, they put it in the room for a fee, there was no kettle, there was not even coffee and tea, there was not enough cleaning kit unfortunately. We checked out of the hotel early, we stated that we did not use any minibar, we asked for a refund, the employee responded with a rude and harsh tone, he said it would be deposited in 1-2 hours automatically. They are keeping the money they forcibly withdrew, the hotel we did not even drink water
