Great experience.

Liked: The ambience was great. I loved the musical theme of the property. Staff were accommodating and easily approachable. The attached restaurant had an amazing selection and every meal for the family exceeded our expectations. Would definitely go back.

It was good but not...

Liked: I like that it’s located so close to the downtown area and the beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: The room wasn’t fully clean as there were stains and crumbs on the couch. There was multiple damaged things in the room such as the fake leather desk chair was fully peeling/falling off when I sat on it and pieces of the bathroom vanity’s fake wood were peeling off. Multiple lightbulbs were also out. After getting in the room I had housekeeping walk in shocked because they didn’t think anyone was in there which was a bit uncomfortable and awkward.

We had a very enjoyable...

Liked: I liked the comfort of the bed and the space in the room. Happy they could accommodate us for an extra night due to an oncoming snowstorm. They were very considerate
Disliked: The towels were rough and need to be softer
