Clean, friendly, safe

Liked: The receptionist let me change rooms, after I did not like the room I was in. She was exceptionally nice about it. I will forever remember how nice she was. It gave me a wonderful feeling to be at this resort. I will definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Disappointed

Liked: Location
Disliked: Electricity was out after we checked in at 3pm, we were there to relax, gamble, and enjoy buffet, but kitchen was closed and they said 2 hrs for food to be ready after and if electricity came on. Left campus to have dinner, that wasn't planned. Then the next morning electricity went off again while we were having breakfast... not our great stay too day the least

Would recommend

Liked: Check-in was easy, and the staff were excellent. The room was clean and spacious and had a very comfortable, large bed. Overall fantastic value for money.
