Liked: I have used this property before. J Resort is fantastic. Not only have they been so accommodating and changing accommodations for me when I arrived on my last visit but this visit my flight was delayed by three hours and I didn’t make my connection not a problem with them they were so fantastic. They said they understood and told me that I could get a they would authorize a full refund. Can you imagine that never happens anymore? I am so thrilled. I will continue to use J resort as my go to hotel.

Liked: very accessible parking, location is perfect just outside the very busy strip, very friendly customer service, and of course the room was nothing short of clean, comfortable, and accommoding. only stayed for 1 night but it left a remarkable impression. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Reno. 10/10 would recommend

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: No water pressure and the power would surge every 30 minutes but really it was a great stay.

Wonderful

Liked: Rooms were very clean and large. For a hotel room the size was amazing. Location is a plus, not right on Virginia but close enough to walk if you wanted too. Will definitely be staying here again.
Disliked: Check in could be better. They said there was a mobile/QR check in, but there was not.

Good for a short stay

Liked: Clean, above avg. room size, recently remodel
Disliked: Flat sheets(not fitted), no garbage can in bathroom, noisy hallway

Disliked: The AC unit in the room was noisy
