Best anniversary getaway

Liked: Loved how access was easy and everything was done via text message. The whole place was beautiful and very welcoming. Room and fire place was very romantic. Best of all, breakfast was delivered to our door and was very delightful
Disliked: I didn't like the bed to firm for me, but my husband loved it .

Beautiful unique but coldddd

Liked: We liked the location, the house it’s beautiful and well maintained just like in the picture, there is attention to detail easy check in the bad comfortable and the room is clean and beautiful
Disliked: Upon our arrival, we were not given clear instructions about where the public areas of the house were located. This lack of guidance became especially problematic given the cold weather during our stay.The communal area was uncomfortably cold, and we were left unsure of how to properly heat the space. It would have been helpful if staff had provided more information about the heating system or alternative areas to relax in.

Liked: Very private facility( house ),charming, cozy settings. Cute deco. Free coffee and cookies in the common area.
Disliked: bed and pillows were not comfortable, too soft(?) or worn out. I had back , sholder and neck pains, still suffering !!No thermostat for the heat, had to get up during the night to turn off manually. (Room went from cold when we went to bed, to too hot while sleeping with non stop hot air)Hair dryer in the room didn't work. By the time the guy brought the new one, it was too late, I had to go out ,late for appt(No on site manager)
