A Georgian town house conveniently located between Main Street and the railway station Ivyleigh House in Portlaoise offers elegant bed and breakfast accommodations. Fantastic short stay.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Home made breads and poached fruits are outstanding! I had the porridge which was creamy and rich. My partner had the full Irish with all locally sourced ingredients including eggs from very happy hens. A candlelit breakfast start to the day was a lovely special touch. Gerry and Dinah are splendid hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their grandson, who helped, was a delight. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay.
