Long weekend in the city...

Liked: The hotel's location is perfect - in between Michigan Ave and the lake, close to restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store. We were on the 4th floor and heard very little traffic noise below. Loved the size of the room and the bathroom - perfect for two people, with a little room to stretch out. Enjoyed the soaking tub - although it took FOREVER to fill and drain - and the rain shower, which was REALLY nice.
Disliked: The mattresses were not as luxe as the rest of the room appointments would leave you to expect. And there was a bit of a funky smell coming from the sink in the "bar" area of the room near the minifridge. Other than those two things, everything was perfect!

Liked: Love the location and small size. Very comfortable beds and spacious room was sitting area
Disliked: Staff was fairly rude and unfriendly at check-in. Not at all welcoming or accommodating. Large bar area in the lobby was not staffed. No food or drink available at all. Some of the furniture and edges of the bathroom were rundown and scratched.
