Liked: The property was clean, quiet, and smells amazing! The staff were wonderful!!!!
Disliked: I didn’t like that a microwave was not in the room and you have to go to the front desk for everything like ice….

Liked: The location is amazing and the room that I was assigned was massively big. It was very comfortable and walking distance to all the nice spots in Chicago.

Impressive is an understatement!!

Liked: I was very, very impressed! Some might look down at the lack of amenities, but they have taken the concept of a no-frills hotel and pretty much perfected it! Plus you are in the middle of the Gold Coast so there’s plenty to do around there!! The room was super clean, very well decorated in a modern theme… The hotel as a whole had a nice vibe!! Seriously would recommend this hotel for anyone who really wants to spend the day exploring Chicago and coming back to a very comfortable bed for the night!
Disliked: So trivial but the lights were confusing at first but when you notice the light switches control the front and middle parts of the room it’s actually a smart way to control them!

Absolutely wonderful

Liked: The room was amazing, very clean with a lot of space, everything you really need, just one thing I missed there was a microwave they doesn’t have, but anyway the room, the bathroom was everything really nice, me and my husband loved!
Disliked: I think should have a microwave and sponge

Large clean spacious rooms

Liked: Rooms are super clean and spacious.
Disliked: My room didn't have any sunlight and it was hard to stay in a room with no windows.

Liked: Very spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The hearing was not working and I was freezing in the room. This triggered a migraine. I used the additional blanket, but was tiny! Let front desk know twice, to reset the unit, but did not work. This impacted my stay.
