Disliked: The people upstairs were noisy and there was no aircon in brm no fans either quite hot except in lounge with small air con The shower wasn't a walk in as shown and had in the facilities list made it impossible for my wife to get into.or out off she went without for entire Timea huge step up into a round bath tube with little shower head and a open glass out to windowsBed was uncomfortable and small

Liked: Good location, lots of activities to do for family in resort. Kids really liked this place.
Disliked: Just we had to wait as the unit wasn’t ready but staff was so helpful and provided another unit.

Liked: The staff were amazing, the pools were sensational and the accommodation was fantastic, large rooms and multiple hangout, chill spaces. Super accommodating. Thank you so much! Yes, we will be back.
Disliked: Not being able to stay longer haha

Great value, clean, well appointed,...

Liked: The place was brilliantly set up for families. We had none and so we didn't need those resources, but we remembered many times when we would have chosen it when our children were little.
Disliked: The girl on the desk was surly and disorganized. She blamed school holidays for a late check-in, but it was put back to 3pm already. It is not our job to ensure peak times are adequately staffed. A gentleman responded when our unit had no milk or sugar and he was completely different. Very courteous and helpful.
