Infested with cockroaches! No help

Liked: Location was quite good, need a car to get around though.
Disliked: During our stay, we had a cockroach infestation in our property that made it impossible for us to stay comfortably. We were so excited for this stay, but the lack of help from the staff ruined it for us. We called as soon as we noticed for assistance, but no one was available to help until the next day which forced us to leave as there were cockroaches behind the bedside table!!

Liked: Good for family with young kids…ours love the swimming pools, playground and gaming area
Disliked: The water pressure on the bathroom is too weak

Disliked: games area very outdated a lot of stuff not working Parking situation wasn’t great we had a big 4x 4 so don’t it in the garage and had to park elsewhere not close to accomodation
