Disliked: Breakfast was average.Room service ..couldn't take in bar(family asleep)

Liked: Great location which is steps away from a Dublin Express airport bus stop, and a short walk away from St Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar, and other popular areas. Very clean hotel with incredibly kind staff.
Disliked: Stayed in a City Pod room and, while it was nice overall, the lack of clothes hangers/anywhere to hang anything apart from a jacket was ridiculous. Please improve upon this for future guests.

An excellent location but a...

Liked: location
Disliked: The shower's temperature control was very stiff, and it took a lot of effort to move it, suggesting that nobody checks it regularly. The rugby international meant the hotel was busy, and there should have been more staff on duty, suggesting the focus was cost control instead of customer experience.
