Good

Liked: This is a great/convenient hotel if you want to stay close to Florence city center. It has parking and breakfast which makes it easier if you are driving. My family and I took taxi from hotel to go to Florence and it was easy and affordable. The staff were nice.
Disliked: I think this could be an excellent hotel if it was well kept. Rooms are a bit smelly and old.

Good location and close to...

Liked: Nice hotel although you wouldn’t know it from the outside. The pool was closed but looked amazing
Disliked: They obviously hold conferences so the lobby was a bit noisy but on the whole it is a great place

Liked: Good location. the round bed was interesting.
Disliked: Hotel was a bit tired.

Liked: Bed was comfy, shower was nice and staff was kind.
Disliked: The hotel was dirtyyyy, the dining area had a weird smell and very bad food. When you walk in and notice how filthy the carpets and walls are, that’s never a good sign. I ordered the swordfish fettuccine and had to send it back because the fish tasted spoiled. I’ve never sent any food back and felt awful but it was not edible. The rooms felt dingy although the bed was comfortable I didn’t feel good sleeping there.

Pleasant

Liked: Parking was plentiful and the hotel has plenty of space.
Disliked: Some facilities in the hotel are old and needs to be updated namely Air Conditioning, lifts, and general infrastructure. Gives a feeling of hotel being old as i had issues with plumbing, Air Conditioning, and had to inform the reception to get it fixed. Also found the receptionist a tad bit rude, had to toughen up to get things my way. Would appreciate if hotel management takes my comments positively and rectify the things pointed out.
