Spacious and comfortable room.

Liked: Spacious room, well furnished and equipped. Great location, a few from steps from “las setas”, in a quiet side street. Staff at the reception were professional and efficient.

Liked: Very well located and has charming facilities. The staff is very nice
Disliked: Extremely bad sound isolation (you can hear the breakfast noise from the 1st floor, and people from other rooms as if they were next to you). The cleaning was not perfect (there were a few leftover hairs in the bathroom and in the bed..). The breakfast is weak

Liked: The entrance hall is pretty and typical of the local style. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was spacious. One of the reception team was lovely
Disliked: The lack of any windows to the outside was a real problem and made it feel claustrophobic, especially as the room was so tiny. There was a window that overlooked the internal foyer but you would have been overlooked had you opened the shutter. One of the reception staff wasn't particularly bothered about helping us with a request in the evening.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, modern room in traditional building.
Disliked: Breakfast area was small and so crowded some people had to queue to come in. Our room opened directly off the reception area (due to traditional design of building) which was a little noisy when other guests arrived.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a central location. The room was a generous size, bed was huge and very comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately it could be noisy at times with people walking the streets (I had a street facing room) but this is outside of the hotel’s control.
