Liked: The elevators and hallways are a bit run down, the room itself was clean, and comfortable. There's a pool also which I didn't use, but looked nice. The price was very good and the included breakfast very good too.
Disliked: 1 of the 2 elevators didn't work, which made going up and down quite an experience considering this hotel is usually packed due to it's competitive price.

Liked: I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked and with the never ending queue, we had to use stairs every day.

Would stay again

Liked: Customer service, room was clean and updated unlike the rest of the building and had an amazing view.
Disliked: Outdated hallways and elevator, looked dusty and old
