Just 5 minutes' drive from Sullivans Cove it features a restaurant and landscaped gardens with an infinity-edge pond. Hotel Islington is 1.2 mi from Hobart CBD (Central Business District) and the popular Salamanca Markets. Hobart International Airport is a 30-minute drive away. You can read by the fireplace in the library or enjoy a meal in the glass pavilion with barbecue facilities. Massage services and airport limousine transfers are available upon request. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi and exclusive fabrics designed by Jim Thompson. The marble bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate rainshower. The mini-bar is free. The Islington Restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday . We closed Sunday Monday and Tuesday for dinner service. The restaurant serves creative cuisine based on fresh local produce. Old world charm mixed with...

Liked: It was an historically beautiful property with magnificent views of Mount Wellington.The interior design was exceptional.The surrounding gardens are also magnificent!!

Liked: Wonderful Friendly staff, lovely surrounding beautiful breakfast

Nice place to visit once

Liked: Bed was comfy - good view of Kunanyi - breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Squishy room - constant fan noise - unexpected visit to room when we were out - no mini bar or coffee in room - needing to ask for toilet paper (twice) - noisy gardener during late checkout
