Beautiful clean rooms; very modern and updated and spacious bathroom. Casino had tons of slots and table games to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were beautiful. Customer service was impressive and welcoming. We had dinner at the steakhouse restaurant and the food was delicious as well as excellent customer service. We also had some drinks at the casino bar and again customer service was awesome. I'm a district manager so that is the first thing I notice when I walk into a business. Customer service is what will definitely have me returning to this resort.

Liked: The suite with the bathtub is amazing and worth every dollar. Would stay again just for the bath. Wanted to get a massage at the spa but was booked out. Book in advance at least two hours. Definitely highly recommend

Liked: It was a nice facility and the pool was great. Staff was nice. I enjoyed the ballroom that our event was in.
Disliked: The meal we got for the event was ok.

Everyone working hates their job....

Liked: Staff was unhelpful. We were denied to use the luggage cart. Valet kept them behind the counter and denied us when we asked to use it. Receptionist did not smile and was unwelcoming. The restaurant was closed until Wednesday. The AC in the room was horrible. Humid room when we walked in. Terrible.

Liked: Came for a concert- fun - nice room service breakfast. Too cold to swim but the pool is nice.
