Beautiful clean rooms; very modern and updated and spacious bathroom. Casino had tons of slots and table games to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were beautiful. Customer service was impressive and welcoming. We had dinner at the steakhouse restaurant and the food was delicious as well as excellent customer service. We also had some drinks at the casino bar and again customer service was awesome. I'm a district manager so that is the first thing I notice when I walk into a business. Customer service is what will definitely have me returning to this resort.

Won’t be back I’m sure....

Liked: Decorated nicely for the Holidays. Security is pretty good if you have a lot of belongings you want to leave in your car and not unload.
Disliked: Really getting run down. Our room had a couple issues. Lack of lighting in the room was an issue. Light on mirror in bathroom was out. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Entrance to hotel was blocked (again). This is the second time we’ve encountered this. What a mess checking in. Needed help getting our bags into hotel to get checked in. Waited for a golf cart which took a while. Just a big pain in the butt getting in there. Casino chairs are totally wore out. Everything is getting old and run down and we have always like going there.

Disliked: the shuttle was never moving when i needed to use it, driver wasn’t around. Also i called guest services several times asking for more coffee and creamer for the room for that day, waited over an hour and three different calls and they never delivered

Liked: The pool and the balcony.
Disliked: The staff. It felt so racism oriented. We have money. We got treated poorly and fought on every request we had. We asked for late check out as soon as we check in; conjointed rooms; (little white girl with pimples and glasses checked us in doesn't even know what's left or right). There was no conjointed rooms as said upon checkin as soon as we went up and tried checking rooms "given ". Had to go back down to desk and request keys after employee left to 3 different promised rooms!!!! Requests to change the rooms after we went up to find the rooms non connected went unanswered and rudely passed on like we weren't paying guests and would've stayed longer if given proper treatments. Spa closed early and pushed us out of our paid experience. Didn't get any proper treatment offered the offered services were shut off after paid spa day. Never again. Poor people place acting like they uphold the rich. They'll play. But bill you most with the less comfy level. With construction going on there. Ruidoso resort be the best place you can be ❤️
