great location, hotel and room...

Liked: location, room, gardens all fantastic
Disliked: pool is a community pool - which is a good thing, however not when our only opportunity to use it meant sharing it with a class of 5 year olds

Liked: Beautiful room (although configured really badly). Beautiful views.
Disliked: Zero customer service. Poor dining experience at both dinner and breakfast. Hugely overpriced for what in my opinion just about scrapes into 4 star. Without the beautiful rooms it's a premier inn.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Nice location.
Disliked: The tap only had a trickle of water coming out of it. There was no soap when we arrived. The phone didn’t work. The staff were disorganised but cheery enough. Vastly overpriced for what it was.

Super hotel with great facilities!

Liked: Quiet hotel, windows that open & great spa facilities for the end of the day walking. Breakfast excellent. Dinner good but limited choice & very pricy.Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Hotel reception looked dated. No help with luggage & no elevator
