If your totally independant its...
Liked: It was very quiet and easy to get to room from elevator.
Disliked: No Coffee pot in the room, there was a hugh bed but there was a spring in the middle of the bed that I kept laying on and caused pain to me. The shower head is so far away that I was afraid i wouldn't get hit by the water and it was hard to get hot water even out of the sink. I use a walker and not one staff offerred to help me get my stuff to the room. So I had to use the luggage rack to put my walker on and then use the luggage rack to walk to the elevator and my room. There could have been some valet when I arrived.

Disliked: My experience at the Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo was marked by significant disappointment, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction that lingered long after my stay. Upon entering the room, I was struck by how outdated the accommodations were. The decor felt stale and uninviting, and the furniture was minimalistic to a fault, featuring only a single table and one chair. This lack of basic amenities was particularly frustrating for my partner and me, as we had hoped to enjoy a meal together at the table. Instead, we found ourselves in a situation where one of us had to sit on the bed while the other occupied the lone chair, which was not only uncomfortable but also quite awkward. I have never encountered a hotel room with such inadequate seating options, and it made our stay feel less like a getaway and more like an inconvenience.Later that evening, in search of some comfort, I decided to reach out to the front desk to request a blanket. I was hopeful that this small addition would enhance our experience, but my hopes were quickly dashed. The staff member on the other end of the line informed me that no one was available to deliver a blanket at that moment. However, they assured me that one would be sent to my room within thirty minutes. I appreciated the promptness of their response, but as the minutes ticked by, my anticipation turned to frustration. Regrettably, the blanket never arrived, which I found to be quite unsatisfactory. It was a small request, yet it felt emblematic of the overall lack of attention to detail and customer service that permeated my stay.I had expected a certain level of comfort and service for the price, but instead, I was met with a series of disappointments that left me feeling undervalued as a guest. The combination of outdated accommodations, inadequate seating, and unfulfilled requests created an experience that fell far short of my expectations. I left the Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo feeling disheartened and unlikely to return.
