We left after one day

Liked: I never saw a breakfast. No staff told us anything about amenities. I’ve had sinus surgery and got in a smoking room. Asked to be moved the next day and seemed to be a bother to the front desk. The smoking room we were in smelled so awful I couldn’t stand it and I felt miserable. They’d only move me if we wanted to go to an older room. Even the smoking area of the casino was overwhelming.
Disliked: No maps..never did see an open eating area. Needs updating and better filtration

Ants! No food!

Liked: This property had very fast elevators. The vending machine was amusing.
Disliked: Where to start, I gave this property a try considering the most recent reviews were not great. The restaurants have nothing in stock. It was truly as if chef had left his order guide at home this weekend. 4 of the appetizers were unavailable at Kellers. They are serving rotten, skunked Stella Artois. When I told them about this, they offered me another one. Like what? No I don't want another stinky sour beer. The following day, we purchased coffee cups which we were informed came with free coffee refills ALL DAY, But the cafe stopped making coffee at 11. This would have been fine if anyone had told us they stopped brewing coffee at 11, but the expectation was free refills all day. Don't say it if you don't mean it. I work in hospitality so I understand what's probably happening to you guys with labor and all that but this is pretty pathetic. Additionally, the room on the EIGHTH FLOOR (8th) had ANTS! They got in my luggage. This facility is disgusting and if you cannot keep up with it due to labor constraints or not being in good standing with your pest control vendor I suggest you shut down some of the floors.
