Disliked: Over $2,200 went from us to this place. Just to be disrespected. I was jumped on by management demanding that I tell him about a spot on a towel and girl in office called me a liar regarding the price I knew I saw on Booking.com. This is after seeing roaches, stains on supposedly new towels, rusted fixtures in bathroom and one of the chair was about to come apart from previous damage. Yet, I didn't complain. We have to come back to finish handling this estate. I will drop my money somewhere else in a couple of weeks. I will still use booking.com.

Liked: Convenient location, nice pool, and sitting area outside rooms, daily cleaning of room.
Disliked: Furniture (side table and bureau) was old and battered, door was dirty and needed paint.

Disliked: Overpriced, unfriendly staff, dead cockroaches in the bathroom screen, furniture looked as though it had been chewed on by mice.

Liked: it was close to Venice. The price was on the "cheaper" end, but definitely not worth 189.00 / night
Disliked: There were two doors . One outside, one to a back patio. there was a large window in the bathroom. the tub was disgusting! Upon check in the woman asked if my husband and daughter " had any pets" my husband replied no and my daughter jokingly said " only of you count him!" she then asked my daughter three more times if she " had any pets " and " are you sure you don't have any pets " my husband said it was so strange so he got her out of there asap!
