Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: The lobby smelled like mildew & was full of old furniture, stacked everywhere. Outside, there were old mattresses by the dumpster across from the rooms and a broken A/C unit under the stairs for the entire duration of our stay. The air conditioner in our room was propped up by 2x4s and not secured to wall. It made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. The block out fabric in the curtains was so dry rotted that they didn’t keep any light out, the 2 tiny pillows provided were so flat & filthy that we had to buy our own new ones, there was one wash rag & 2 bath towels for 2 people for 3 nights and a “bath mat” that we could see through. The room stayed damp & smelled like smoke & mildew, there was something splattered all over the television, most of the shelves were missing in the mini fridge & the microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. Because it was the Lone Star Rally, they charged us nearly $600.00 (which was taken out 2 days before we even checked in) & they had the AUDACITY to require a $50 security deposit.

Disliked: I didn't like getting charged 55.00 and no I didn't stay horrible hotel the ac was balanced on an empty paint bucket how dangerous.

Aweful, we left and booked...

Disliked: I’m going to contact OYO for a refund. We booked a whole new place after trying to give this place a shot. The sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, there was a roach on my boyfriend in the middle of the night.. the toilets were dirty. This place is unacceptable and I am so glad I didn’t have my kids with me. Do not say here. We have stayed in not the best places in galvy before but this was just too extreme. There was hair on the bed and pillows and lipstick stains on the sheets, mascara stains on the pillow cases.. and this was on both beds. There was no “safe place”. Very very upset.

Liked: The location was good. I was within walking distance of the seawall and fast food places. Thats about the ONLY good thing.
Disliked: We asked for a room with a view, meaning ocean view, our view was of a parking lot and grocery store. The beds had old worn out mattresses and they were super hard. The fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed. We had two queen beds but only 3 pillows. We had 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. The fridge was dirty. They had 5 gallon buckets under the AC unit inside the room to catch the leaking water. The walls were filthy, the floors had gunk piled in the corners. The toilet was old and needed replacing. The bathroom tile was shattered and moved when you walked on it. There was no stopper for the water to take a bath. It was the nastiest place I have EVER stayed.

Liked: It was very close to the beach and the pool was clean. We had a problem with our first room but the manager did give us another room that was much better.
Disliked: The first room that we were in, I dont think was really cleaned. The bathroom floor was covered in water, there were two towels but no soap. One of the beds had a large yellow strain on the white blanket. The TV remote was missing batteries and the TV was set to Spanish. The AC was falling out of the wall, showing daylight, so a lot of air was escaping. The room was on the bottom level and had obviously been under water. The door was hard to open and close and the bathroom door and walls showed water damage. Once we informed the manager, he said there should be soap but they only put two towels in each room, even when they have 4 guests booked! We asked for another room. He put us upstairs, which was much better. The housekeeper was still cleaning it when we got there, so I know it was clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terribly thin. I also thought the room had a coffee maker, it did not.
