Liked: design of the resort is well thought through especially for families with little kids
Disliked: - it lacks soul but this still might develop over time - restaurant waiting times are a bit annoying - they could need more tables and more staff- kayaking and SUP should be included in my opinion

Liked: Beautiful resort, great amenities and great location.
Disliked: Bed pillows were too soft. Needed a third pillow per person or one soft and one firm pillow. The bed was fine but pillows prevented a good sleep.

Grounds and facilities are something...

Liked: They did an amazing job with the grounds! Just the right amount of palm trees on the water side to let you take in the view. Buildings perfectly matched the sand and gave a monochromatic wash so that everything disappears. Lush vegetation on the interior of the property, that was perfectly lit in the evenings. Breakfast was always amazing, food and service, the view by the water was even better.
Disliked: Dinner at Mahina needs to be better for the price and atmosphere. Short rib was really tough and almost not edible. Pork chop was way over cooked, but the chutney and sides with it were good. This is place is a 10 if their food and service stepped it up a notch. No Coffee in the rooms. Earliest you can get coffee is 7am.
