Disliked: The name says it all iron gate that’s the quality of the bed.IronThe breakfast was not a great choice and down in an underground with stairs and no had rails!Impossible to navigate with a cup of liquid and a so call breakfast.Service is nonexistent,staff very lazy and rude.Check in service was very poor only thing said passport,no please or thank you!We were given a room with no window and no air in the room.Had to sleep with an open door on to a thorough way.Then when we went to check out 34 euros to call for a taxi,no explanation why so expensive!All in all the Staff do need some training in Hospitality and customer service!

Happy with the location but...

Liked: Location is superb. Staff was very helpful. Deer restaurant served fantastic desert selection.
Disliked: Our room 316 was very dated and not inviting at all. Some bathroom equipment was broken. Bathroom itself was very old and needs renovation urgently.Breakfast serving area was very uninviting. Food was rather simple and not really of high quality.
