Wonderful if you don’t mind...

Liked: Everything was great, excellent breakfast and super friendly staff but unfortunately there was one big downside
Disliked: Unfortunately, temperature in the rooms is centrally controlled and set very high (23 degrees). We visited in February and found our room far too warm, especially for sleeping. Also, because of this a fan was running all the time and we found the noise quite loud and late in the night someone must have been smoking and cigarette smell was ventilated into our room through the fan. Because of this we slept very poorly. The staff was very friendly and understanding and dealt with our complaint very well, but they could not do anything about this. It was a real shame and we hope they can sort it out.

Liked: Location was fantastic and have live music in the Bar was a bonus
Disliked: Not being able to have a night cap in the Bar at 11.10 as a resident. Even water was charged as an extra despite upgarding to a so call suite
