Great location and value for money.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Right on the promenade so lovely location.
Disliked: Had to wait a while for order for breakfast to be taken and served guests who had arrived after us.

Lovely position ; very pleasant reception area.

Disliked: No cooked breakfast before 8.00.

Excellent location, comfortable stay

Liked: Location excellent. Lovely reception area and small bar with gorgeous sea view. Lift. Bedroom pleasant with hairdryer, heater, fan, kettle. We used the fan because it was a very warm night. Seagulls made a noise from 5am.Breakfast was OK but food was not very hot.

Old and tiered room/hotel

Liked: The room needed a face life. Shower not great and issue with the shower door. Breakfast was not great and no full English, just eggs. I've stayed in worse though. Price was reasonable and the location is great.

Enjoyable and would go again

Liked: The room was warm, tidy and comfortable.

Liked: We were in the Annex at rear of hotel(a206 ) i think. our friends were also in the annex (a203) . The room is very small but for £60 was acceptable but the room had a very bad sewage

Unable to sleep on bed...

Liked: Staff were friendly, niece sea view from room
Disliked: Wallpaper was peeling off wall, beds were uncomfortable to sleep on, window was not clean, no complimentary sugar provided only coffee and tea sachets

Liked: Location was ideal
Disliked: The bedding was not fresh or clean. The room was dirty and the drains stunk. The breakfast was average but the dining room and and chairs were dirty.
