Great location and value for money.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Right on the promenade so lovely location.
Disliked: Had to wait a while for order for breakfast to be taken and served guests who had arrived after us.

Lovely position ; very pleasant reception area.

Good option for short stay

Liked: The location is nice, very close to Promenade and both beaches. View from the lobby is fantastic.
Disliked: No wi-fi in the room. It is not expected at all in the 21 century! For some reasons even mobile internet (I use BT or EE) was very bad in the room but maybe it is not the hotel fault because I found that mobile internet was very bad even on the street and in general in the town.

Liked: Negatives - NO heating and NO hot water. Breakfast VERY basicPositives - Nice Superior room and comfy bed. Hotel in good location
Disliked: NOT having hot water to wash/shower.Luckily weather was mild so not that cold in the morning but heating should be available at this time of year. Receptionist brought a heater to us upon arrival as room was cold.

A dissapointment were the staff...

Liked: I did not stay the night..
Disliked: The room was to small, no wi fi, no TV signal and put us in a car park with lots of stairs to climb my girlfriend as problems with her feet and stairs were not mentioned.
