Great location and value for money.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Right on the promenade so lovely location.
Disliked: Had to wait a while for order for breakfast to be taken and served guests who had arrived after us.

Lovely position ; very pleasant reception area.

Liked: Very nice, clean room; excellent value for money.
Disliked: No cooked breakfast before 8.00.

Disliked: The Anex was extremely small. You could't walk round the bed. The room was like a sauna and we couldn't turn the radiatirs down / off. We asked the porter and he couldn't either. A staff on late duty could eventually turn the heaters down at 9.30pm. There was an unplesant surage smell in the room. The only good thing about our stay was the location of the hotel.

Disgusting, poo, wee and blood...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The lobby was disgusting, tobacco on the chairs and table, vile musty smell from the second you walked through the doors. Now the room, i have never experienced anything like it. Poo , wee and blood stains on the bed, mould everywhere in the bathroom. Room absolutely stunk of marijuana and cigarettes. The staff didn’t speak a word of english, the other people staying looked as rough as anything, the staff were very rude, they couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them. We didn’t end up staying there we went and found somewhere that was actually clean. Don’t waste your money.
