The hotel was nice; we stayed one night after a concert on the Bay.

Liked: Rooms. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Soda machine needed restocking.

Cheap, but not the best.

Liked: The location was good for what we were doing. Close to downtown, but not in the best neighborhood.
Disliked: The girl that checked us in was not friendly. She basically whispered when talking to us and never made eye contact. Customer service is not her strong suit. The room was fine. A lot of damage to the walls and the bathroom was DIRTY. There was breakfast from 6-9, but there was no breakfast. We got down there around 8 and there was nothing left except white toast and dry cereal, but the people sitting there eating said they were there at 7 and that’s all they had also.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. My bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was super sweet to me and my girls.
Disliked: I wish they would have given out water or drinks since the machine was out of order on each floor. Having to leave once settled in was a pain.
