Liked: The hotel provides a relaxed and comfortable stay . The staff are attentive and the facilities are excellent.
Disliked: There were no negative issues as everyone was focused on providing exceptional service.

Liked: At first glance the hotel looks a bit bland and late 80s style but the Comfort...staff...cleanliness and food by far makes up for it.... Really good.
Disliked: Looks a bit bland and grey.... But look deeper and u will be impressed

Excellent position, great views, staff...

Liked: The views from the hotel were excellent, staff were excellent also very helpful.
Disliked: For the cost of the stay, the room was excellent, however for the money all rooms should have a walk in shower rather than an over the bath one.

Cosy hotel with great staff....

Liked: It was very comfortable and cosy with a lovely fireplace and friendly staff.The food was good and we slept very well. All the staff were very attentive and friendly - we got some great tips to help us on our trip!The location was great especially if you’re doing NC500 or looking for a base from NW coast to explore from. Lovely views from property.
Disliked: Nothing really!It was a bit dated and doesn’t have much curb appeal but everything else made up for this so don’t be put off by the exterior!
