I couldn’t stay there. I...

Liked: Nothing. It was not suitable
Disliked: It was not accommodating. I was told they only had a third floor room.I would have to walk up three floors. I have challenges and use a cabe.I ask them to cancel my reservation.They charged me for the cancellation,When they could not accommodate me.This establishment caused the cancellation.They owe me a refund.
